Deep ruby walls decked with yards of red chiffon surround the plush new nightclub. 37 crystal chandeliers hang above the patrons in the big, roomy booths. We’re betting Cosmopolitans will become the drink of choice, but fine champagne may give it a run for its money. An eclectic menu of fancy bar food is available and Rockettes-style dancing girls will perform twice each night.
